Three companies are collectively, under the guidance of the founder and  majority shareholder, Graham Brown,  working in unison to deliver a project that offers our co-investors:

Ellen's Group Ltd - Acting as consultants, they are responsible for the project concept and product development. 

Revive (Cublac) Ltd - Property owners and management company.

Ellen's Park SAS - Overseeing the development and operating the hotel, rental programs and the clinic.

Core Business Activities

• The sale of up to 170 hotel-condominium suites - Estimated revenue of €59.6 million.
• Management of the hotel & clinic (operating under licence).
• Managing company-owned condominium suites.

In addition, the group are seeking to develop further projects utilising our business model.

Key Financial Data

Through the development of Ellen's Park, the book value of Revive (Cublac) Ltd will increase from €3.4 million in 2025 to over €20 million by 2027/8.  This increase will take the book value of the shares to >€40.00

Our dividend target for 2027/8 is >€12.00 per share

Please Note:  It is our intention to go pulblic, creating Revive (Cublac) Plc. As a PLC, shares can be freely bought and sold on the international (EU) stock exchange.
